To move the following Clause:—

‘(1)	The Policing and Crime Act 2009 is amended as follows.

(2)	In section 34(5) (meaning of “gang-related violence”) after paragraph (c) insert

“, and

(d)	may be involv ed in the use of animals as weapons.”’.
