teacher by virtue of subsection (2) of section 1 of the Children, Schools and

this Chapter applies;

 

(1B)    

A Complaint to which subsection (1A) applies shall be made to the governing

Section 111 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 is amended as

(a)    

invite a parent or carer to sign the parental declaration at a time

 

when the child in question has not been admitted to the school;

 

and

 

(b)    

make it a condition of a child being admitted to a school that the
