Affordable Housing: Standards
Grant Shapps:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how much has been spent on bringing temporary social housing up to the Homes and Communities Agency's design and quality standards since the introduction of those standards. [318732]
John Healey:
The Homes and Communities Agency's design and quality standards apply to temporary social housing (TSH) in a limited way. Where TSH is provided for units available for between two and 14 years alternative standards apply. For those TSH schemes lasting between 15 and 29 years both internal and sustainability core standards are mandatory while external environmental standards and additional specific standards are incentivised through the grant levels that can be provided.
Information on how much is spent on bringing temporary social housing up to these standards is not collected centrally.

Community Development: Expenditure
Justine Greening:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how much funding has been granted under the Neighbourhood Management Pathfinders in each (a) local authority and (b) lower super output area in each year since 2000. [318211]
Ms Rosie Winterton:
The following table shows amounts committed under the Neighbourhood Management Pathfinder programme, which began in 2002-03. Funding is provided as part of local authority area based grant, a non ring-fenced funding stream, therefore we do not hold information on funding at lower super output area level.
