Stephen Williams: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office to what extent the equality impact assessment conducted by the Office for National Statistics in respect of the 2011 census question development considered the effect on equality of how public bodies use the ethnic group data in meeting the Race Relations Act public sector duties. As Chief Executive of the Central Office of Information (COI), I have been asked to reply to your Parliamentary Question [320728] asking for the estimated monetary value of the classified and recruitment advertising framework.
The estimated value of the framework for a four year period, when operational, will be up to a maximum value of £16 million.
