Examination of Witnesses (Question Number 180)

CHRISTINE GILBERT CBE, JOHN GOLDUP AND MIRIAM ROSEN

22 MARCH 2010

Q180 Chair: I thought that some of the success of our original inquiries was that you also did an inquiry on the same area; there seemed to be a double whammy at that time. We need some follow-through on this area, don't we?

  Christine Gilbert: Okay.

Chair: Chief Inspector, we've kept you quite a long time. It's very nice to see you again. It is particularly nice to see you, Miriam, and it was nice to see you, John, in your first performance. I think that a phone belonging to one of your team went off during our session. That usually means a £50 fine to a charity. Can I suggest Sport Relief, as it's been a busy week for them? Thank you very much.
