role of the Financial Services Authority), proposed
by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the Report
be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 15 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 16 read.
Amendment proposed, in line 3, after "taking.",
to insert "Alternatively, consideration could be given, since
public money is potentially at risk, to making the necessary regulation
