was performed by ISTCs in each year from 2003-04? Could the Department
supply a breakdown of ISTC activity by Healthcare Resource Group,
together with information on the waiting times profile for each
specialty, to show how long patients being treated by ISTCs have
been waiting? Can the Department indicate where providers have
failed to submit activity data as required under their contract?
