Resolved, That the Sub-Committee recommend that the Committee
agree to the Chair's draft interim Report on A Bill of Rights
For Northern Ireland

Draft Report (A Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland: an
interim statement), proposed by the Chair, brought up and
read.
Ordered, That the Chair's draft Report be read a second
time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 9 agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Sixth Report of the Committee
to the House.
Ordered, That the Chair make the Report to the House.
Ordered, That embargoed copies of the Report be made available,
in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order No. 134.
Written evidence reported to the House and ordered to be published
on 22 April, 29 April, 13 May, 3 June and 17 June 2009 was ordered
to be reported to the House for printing with the Report.
