   Line 1, leave out from ‘House’ to end and add ‘has serious concerns about the impact of deployment of UK armed forces in Afghanistan; deeply regrets both the rising toll of dead and injured British and other NATO troops and the growing number of civilian casualties; does not believe that there is a military solution to the crisis in Afghanistan; and supports the pursuit of talks to secure a regional solution, including a potential power-sharing agreement and ceasefire, thus enabling the swift withdrawal of troops.’.
