Duties of Members presenting legislation

To move the following Clause:—

 

‘Any Member of either House of Parliament may, when presenting legislation,

 

ensure that the legal, social and financial effect of that legislation on each region

 

of England and on each part of the United Kingdom is separately and clearly

 

identified.’.
