That the following provisions shall apply to the Parliamentary Voting System and

Constituencies Bill:

Committal

1.	The Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House.

Proceedings in Committee

2.	Proceedings in Committee of the whole House shall be completed in five

days.

3.	Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to the

proceedings on the Bill in Committee of the whole House.

Consideration and Third Reading

4.	Any proceedings on consideration and proceedings on Third Reading shall be

completed in two days.

5.	Any proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded)

be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on the second day.

6.	Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.

7.	Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to

proceedings on consideration and Third Reading.

Other proceedings

8.	Any other proceedings on the Bill (including any proceedings on

consideration of any messages from the Lords) may be programmed.

That the following provisions shall apply to the Parliamentary Voting System and

Constituencies Bill, in addition to those of the Order of 6 September 2010—

conclusion at the time shown in the third column of the Table.

That the Order of 12 October (Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill

(Programme) (No. 2)) be varied as follows:—

1.	In the Table, for the entry relating to the third and fourth days of Committee

there shall be substituted:
