| | contributions holiday for each of the years of the scheme’s operation; |
|
| | |
| | (i) | the number of businesses availing themselves of the secondary |
|
| | |
| | (ii) | the number of employees designated qualifying employees |
|
| | |
| | (iii) | the total expenditure saved by businesses under the scheme, |
|
| | (c) | an assessment of whether the scheme should be reapplied by employment |
|
| | sector rather than geographical region.’. |

| | ‘Her Majesty’s Treasury shall publish in the House of Commons Library the |
|
| | complete model used by Her Majesty’s Treasury for the purposes of calculating |
|
| | the employment impact of National Insurance and taxation measures.’. |

| | ‘Her Majesty’s Treasury shall publish at the 2011 Budget a report outlining the |
|
| | impact of changing the indexation and uprating of the Natrional Insurance |

|

| | Publicity and promotion of the Secondary Contributions Holiday |
|
| |
| |
| | |
| | To move the following Clause:— |

| | ‘Her Majesty’s Treasury will ensure that all HMRC literature, websites, |
|
| | publications and correspondence relevant for new businesses contains website |
|
| | links to information relating to Part 2 of this Act for the duration of the scheme.’. |

| | ‘HMRC will ensure that the staff dedicated to the administration of Part 2 of this |
|
| | Act are additional employees and not taken from other tasks necessary for the |

|
| | brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day. |
