(a)    

proposes a prohibition for a period not exceeding 24 hours on sales of

 

alcohol on the premises in question,

 

(b)    

offers the opportunity to discharge all criminal liability in respect of the

 

alleged offence by the acceptance of the prohibition proposed by the

 

notice,

 

(c)    

requires re-training of staff on the law on underage sales to be carried out

 

by a date specified by the licensing authority, and

 

(d)    

requires evidence to be submitted to the licensing authority that training

 

has taken place.’.
