(6)    

No person shall be appointed as the Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis

 

unless he has passed the Senior National Assessment Centre and completed the

 

Strategic Command Course.

 

(7)    

Subject to this section an appointment to the rank of Commissioner of Police for

 

the Metropolis shall be for a fixed term of five years.’.
