Clause  67,  page  43,  leave out lines 15 and 16 and insert—

‘(a)	“imprisonable offence” means an offence—

(i)	for which a person who has attained the age of 18 years may be

sentenced to a term of imprisonment, or

(ii)	for which, in the case of such a person, the sentence is fixed by

law as life imprisonment;’.

‘for the words from “A police authority” to “section 5B of that Act”, substitute—

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime established under section 3 of that

Act.”.’.
