To move the following Clause:—

 

‘(1)    

Post offices shall have a duty to process transactions for credit unions for both

 

savings and loans.

 

(2)    

The Post Office may require credit unions to pay a standard fee per transaction,

 

set at no more than the cost of the transaction.

 

(3)    

The Secretary of State shall meet the cost of necessary back-office and

 

information technology infrastructure at Post Office branches.

 

(4)    

The Secretary of State shall meet the cost of a public information campaign to

 

encourage saving with credit unions and to raise awareness of the availability of

 

affordable credit.’.

Welsh Assembly and the Northern Ireland Assembly as to the effect of the

concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 9 December 2010.

 

3.    

The Public Bill Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on

 

which it meets.

 

Consideration and Third Reading

 

4.    

Proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

 

brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the

 

day on which those proceedings are commenced.

 

5.    

Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be

 

brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.

 

6.
