Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill

I understand that somewhere in the Police Reform Bill are measures to restrict citizens' rights to initiate proceedings against people suspected of war crimes. The importance of this universal jurisdiction provision seems obvious to me: If every government can give cover to its political associates, then most first division war criminals can count on escaping justice..

Please convey this widely-shared perception to whoever is in a position to act on it.
