The Committee deliberated.
Draft Report, proposed by the Chair, brought up and
read.
Ordered, That the draft
Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1.1 to 2.8 read and agreed to.
Headnote read.
Amendment proposed in line 8, to leave out the words
"Not cleared; further information requested" and to
insert the words "For debate in European Committee B".
