On 7 December 2010 the European Scrutiny Committee published its Tenth Report of Session 2010-11, The EU Bill and Parliamentary sovereignty, as House of Commons Paper No. 633-I. The Government's Response to the Report was received on 10 January 2011, in the form of a memorandum from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

We publish this document as an Appendix to this Special Report.
