On 24 January 2011 the European Scrutiny Committee published its Fifteenth Report of Session 2010-11, The EU Bill: Restrictions on Treaties and Decisions relating to the EU, as House of Commons Paper No. 682. The Government's Response to the Report was received on 1 March 2011, in the form of a memorandum from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
