Draft Report (Voting by convicted prisoners: summary
of evidence), proposed by the Chair, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft
Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 22 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report
be the Fifth Report of the Committee to the House.
Written evidence was ordered to be reported to the
House for publishing with the Report (in addition to that ordered
to be reported for publishing on 1 February).
