Turning to the use of stationery and postage which
is the subject to the complaint, I can confirm that the costs
are estimated as follows:
2007/08 £127
2008/09 £255
2009/10 £175
TOTAL £557
If you were to decide that these costs could be offset
against his current Communications Allowance (previous years accounts
are now closed) we would adjust our records accordingly.
