Thank you for your letter of 23 February responding
to mine of 15 February about the resolution of this complaint.
I was grateful to see your response. In terms of
the costs, I suggest, if you agree, that you transfer an appropriate
sum up to the ceiling on your Communications Expenditure for this
year, and meet the rest from your own resources. I hope this is
acceptable.
