Fourth Special Report
The Treasury Committee published its Third Report
of Session 2009-10, Credit Searches, on 22 December 2009,
as House of Commons Paper No. 197. Responses from the Government
and the Office of Fair Trading were published in the Second Special
Report of Session 2010-11 on 19 January. The response from the
Information Commissioner's Office was received on 28 February
and is appended to this Special Report.

are in bold text.
