Will the costs of maintenance be shared by the WA and UK Gov, and relate to the new austerity budgets?

  As an Englishman living in Wales for 35 years I have enjoyed the benefits of WA, and have no objection to tolls per se, and even suggest they should be payable in both directions. Maybe the toll could be paid via the new technology "contactless" credit/debit cards?
