I am writing in response to your letter of 1
November concerning the amendment of Schedule 7 of the Government
of Wales Act 2006, through an Order in Council (The National Assembly
for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Amendment of Schedule 7 to
the Government of Wales Act 2006) Order 2010), a draft of which
is currently laid before the Houses of Parliament.
I can confirm that the Welsh Assembly Government
was involved in the preparation of this Order and is content with
its provisions.
