Dear David,
In light of the successful referendum result on 3
March, I am today withdrawing the proposed Legislative Competence
Order ("LCO") in respect of organ and tissue donation.
Under the circumstances, I will not be accepting
your invitation to attend the Welsh Affairs Committee on Tuesday
29 March, to give evidence in relation to the proposed LCO.
