1 Electoral Commission (Answer to Address)

The Vice-Chamberlain of the Household reported to the House, That the Address of 1 February, praying that Her Majesty will appoint John Rhodes Horam to be an Electoral Commissioner in place of Baroness Browning with effect from 1 March 2012 for the period ending on 30 September 2014, was presented to Her Majesty, who was graciously pleased to comply with the request.

2 Appointment of the Chair of the National Audit Office (Answer to Address)

The Vice-Chamberlain of the Household reported to the House, That the Address of 7 December 2011, praying that Her Majesty will appoint Professor Sir Andrew Likierman to the Office of Chair of the National Audit Office, was presented to Her Majesty, who was graciously pleased to comply with the request.

(2) Resolved, That the draft Guaranteed Minimum Pensions Increase Order 2012, which was laid before this House on 30 January, be approved.-(Steve Webb.)

7 Statutory Instruments: Motion for Approval
