I am writing regarding the Committee's Tenth Report of this Session, Channel Four Annual Report (HC 1175) published on 6th December 2011.

The Department has noted the recommendations made by the Committee in the Report. As the recommendations were aimed at Channel Four the Government is not planning to issue a formal response.
