Fourth Special Report
On 24 October 2011 the European Scrutiny Committee
published its Thirty-ninth Report of Session 2010-12, Withdrawal
from enhanced cooperation: the Committee's evidence session with
Baroness Wilcox, as House of Commons Paper 1341. The
Government responded in the form of a letter from Baroness Wilcox,
Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Business,
Innovation and Skills dated 24 November 2011.
We publish this document as Appendix 1 to this Special
Report. Also published, as Appendix 2, is a letter from Angel
Boixareu, Acting Director General of the General Secretariat C,
Council of the European Union, dated 16 November 2011.
