Secretary, HM Treasury to the Chair of the Committee
I enclose a copy of the Government's response to
your Committee's report on Corporation Tax in Northern Ireland.
The Government has also published its response to its consultation
on 'Rebalancing the Northern Ireland Economy', which is
available on the Treasury website.
I am very grateful for the Committee's contribution
to this important debate and extensive engagement on this issue.
The Government has established a joint ministerial working group,
comprising of ministers of the UK Government and the NNE, to consider
issues raised by the consultation. I hope that NIAC will continue
to be involved in this issue and I look forward to working with
you further on these questions.

for Northern Ireland.
