John Healey: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what his policy is on the communication of risk assessments made by (a) his Department, (b) strategic health authorities, (c) primary care trusts, (d) foundation trusts and (e) Executive agencies. [97540]
Mr Simon Burns: The Department seeks to publish its information about risk, and the assessment of risk, in cases where it is in the public interest to do so.
Policies on the publication of national health service organisations' individual risk assessments would be a matter for the individual organisations concerned.
