Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Paragraph 41 read.

Amendment proposed, to leave out "In the longer term, consideration should be given to merging the three offices into a single Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner". —(Alun Michael.)
