Ordered, That the draft
Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 125 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 126 read.
Amendment proposed, in line 9, at the end to add
"We remain, however, of the view expressed in our predecessors'
Report, namely that cannabis be reclassified from class B to C,
and therefore regret the decision taken by the Government in 2008".—(Mr
David Winnick.)
