Thank you for your letter of February 28 with further information about the type of equipment which is being exported to Yemen and Bahrain. This was helpful to have.

At the end of your letter you asked me to bear in mind the fact that BIS have not yet completed the normal process of rigorously checking the data for the fourth quarter of the year. The Committees on Arms Export Controls may wish to publish the further information you have provided. I should be grateful, therefore, that if there are any amendments to the information attached to your letter of 28 February, following the checking of the data for the fourth quarter of the year by BIS, I should be grateful for a copy of the further information as amended by 30 April.
