Pre-legislative scrutiny
of the Children and Families Bill:
Mr Robert Buckland declared his
interest as a Crown Court Recorder and a practising barrister,
although not currently involved in any relevant cases;
Mr Elfyn Llwyd declared that he
would be practising family law again from 2013; and
Nick de Bois declared that he was
participating in a mediation process.
Draft Report (Pre-legislative
scrutiny of the Children and Families Bill), proposed by the
Chair, brought up and read.
Ordered,
That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 199 read and agreed
to.
Paragraph 200 read.
Amendment proposed, in the title
of draft clause 1A, to leave out "1A Shared
parenting
parental involvement"
and insert "1A Shared parenting".(Nick
de Bois.)

made, put and negativred.
