Pre-appointment hearing with the Government's preferred candidate for Chair of Ofgem - Energy and Climate Change Contents

Summary

On 10 September 2013 we held a pre-appointment hearing with the Government's nominee for the post of Chair of Ofgem, David M. Gray. On the basis of the evidence provided at this hearing, we have concluded that David Gray is a suitable candidate to chair Ofgem and recommend that he be appointed to this position.
