Paragraph 2.28 read, amended and agreed to.
Paragraphs 3.1 to 3.8 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 3.9 read, amended and agreed to.
Paragraphs 4.1 to 19 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report
be the Nineteenth Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chair
make the Report to the House.
