The Committee deliberated.
Mr Jacob Rees-Mogg declared a pecuniary interest in relation to
the documents covered in chapter 5 in this report, in accordance
with the Resolution of the House of 13 July 1992.
Draft Report, proposed by the Chair, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph
by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1.1 to 4.20 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 4.21 read, amended and agreed to.
Paragraphs 4.22 to 18 read and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Twenty-third Report of
the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chair make the Report to the House.
