On 7 November 2013, the European Scrutiny Committee published its Twenty-first Report of Session 2013-14, The UK's block opt-out of pre-Lisbon criminal law and policing measures, as House of Commons Paper No. 683. The Government sent its response on 31 December 2013, which we publish as an Appendix to this Special Report.[1]
