Proceedings will be taken in accordance with the Consumer Rights Bill Programme (No. 2) Motion agreed to by the House on 13 May, in the last session of Parliament: New Clauses and new Schedules relating to Parts 2 or 3; amendments to Parts 2 or 3; remaining new Clauses and new Schedules; and remaining proceedings on Consideration will be brought to a conclusion two hours after their commencement. Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion three hours after the commencement of proceedings on Consideration.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
DEADLINES FOR AMENDMENTS TO BILLS AT REPORT STAGE
In accordance with the House’s decision of 8 May 2014, during the 2014-15 Session the deadline for the tabling of amendments, new Clauses and new Schedules to programmed bills at Report Stage will be three days prior to the day on which the Report Stage takes place (i.e. the previous Wednesday for a Monday, the previous Thursday for a Tuesday, and previous Friday for a Wednesday). This arrangement will be in place for the duration of this Session as a trial period and applies to all programmed bills.
The deadlines for the tabling of amendments to forthcoming Report Stages will therefore be as follows:
Consumer Rights Bill
(Report Stage on Monday 16 June): the rising of the House on Wednesday 11 June.
Criminal Justice and Courts Bill
(Report Stage on Tuesday 17 June): the rising of the House on Thursday 12 June.
Deregulation Bill
(Report Stage on Monday 23 June): the rising of the House on Wednesday 18 June.
Wales Bill
(Report Stage on Tuesday 24 June): the rising of the House on Thursday 19 June.
The existing arrangements for black and white “starred” amendments will remain in place.

ELECTION OF THE CHAIR OF THE HEALTH COMMITTEE
Nominations
Nominations must be received in writing in the Lower Table Office by 5pm on Tuesday 17 June 2014 (the day before the ballot).
In accordance with the House’s decision of 26 May 2010 only members of the Conservative Party may be candidates in this election.
Each nomination shall consist of a brief signed statement made by the candidate declaring their willingness to stand for election, accompanied by the signatures of 15 Members elected to the House as members of the same party as the candidate. Statements may (optionally) be accompanied by signatures of up to five Members elected to the House as members of any party other than that to which the candidate belongs, or member of no party.
No Member may sign more than one such statement; if any Member does so, their signature shall no longer be valid.
Ballot
If there is more than one candidate, the ballot will take place between 10.00am and 1.00pm on Wednesday 18 June 2014 in a Committee Room.
As soon as practicable after the votes have been counted the Speaker will announce to the House the results of the ballot.
