Unfortunately I am unable to attend the meeting

Scottish Independence for business; higher education and research;
and postal services. However, I would like to declare my support
for the Report.
Robin Walker, Member of the Committee, made the following
statement in support of the Report:
Unfortunately I was unable to attend the final
meeting to agree formally the Committee's Report on the Implications
of Scottish Independence for business; higher education and research;
and postal services. However, having taken part in the evidence
sessions, I would like to declare my support for the Report.
