1  Introduction

1. Draft Legislative Reform (Community Governance Reviews) Order 2015 (the 'draft Order') and Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 11 December 2014 by the Department for Communities and Local Government (the 'Department').

2. The Minister has recommended that the draft Order be subject to the affirmative procedure.[1]
