Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 4 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 5 read, amended and agreed to.
Paragraph 6 to 13 read and agreed to.
Annexes amended and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report
be the Third Report of the Committee to the House.
None of the lay members present wished to submit
an opinion on the Report (Standing Order No. 149 (9))
Ordered, That the Chair
make the Report to the House.
