Re-appointment of non-executive member of the NAO Board

The Commission re-appointed Naaz Coker as a non-executive member of the NAO Board for a further period of two years (until 30 June 2017).

NAO's Estimate for 2015/16

The Commission approved a 2015/16 net resource Estimate for the National Audit Office of £64.5 million. The Commission approved a 2015/16 capital Estimate for the

National Audit Office of £2.0 million.

Twentieth Report of the Public Accounts Commission

The Commission agreed to publish the report on its activities in 2014.

Richard Bacon-organised a seminar called "How Should Norfolk Grow?" in November 2015 sponsored by Barclays, Anglian Water, Saffron Housing Trust, New Anglia LEP, Maids Head Hotel, Norwich International Airport, Swallowtail Print and Abellio Greater Anglia.

Deidre Brock-attended a recent plenary session of the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly in Cheltenham.

Meg Hillier-had a recent speaking engagement in Denmark.

Election of Chairman

Sir Edward Leigh was confirmed in place as the Chair.

Consideration of the National Audit Office's Strategy for 2016/17 to 2018/19 (in public)

Evidence was taken from Sir Amyas Morse (Comptroller and Auditor General), Lord Bichard (NAO Chairman) and Michael Whitehouse (NAO Chief Operating Officer).

The Commission approved the National Audit Office's Strategy for 2016/17 to 2018/19.

VFM Report on NAO 2015: HR Processes (in public)

The Commission took note of the report and agreed to lay the report before the House.
