The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014 was
laid and referred to a Joint Committee in the 2013-14 session.
The two petitions deposited against it (which were deposited in
the 2013-14 session) were considered by the Joint Committee on
3 and 7 July 2014 and on 15, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 29 October 2014.
The Order was reported to the two Houses by the Joint Committee,
without amendment, on 29 October 2014.
