Pre-appointment hearing with the Government's preferred candidate for the post of Local Government Ombudsman Contents

Summary

On 1 November 2016 we held a pre-appointment hearing with Michael King, the Government’s preferred candidate for the post of Local Government Ombudsman. On the basis of the evidence provided at this hearing, we have concluded that he is a suitable candidate for the post.
