(2) That a further day not later than 5 August be allotted for the consideration of the following Estimates for financial year 2018–19: (a) Department for Education and (b) Her Majesty’s Treasury, so far as it relates to spending decisions and their consequences for grants to the devolved institutions.—(Kelly Tolhurst.)
