Item 34 should have read:

Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee

1. As part of its inquiry into Disinformation and ‘fake news’, the Committee decided to order evidence from the Chief Executive Officer of Six4Three, Mr Theodore Kramer. The Order was made on 19 November 2018 with a deadline of 5pm on 20 November. The Order was not complied with.

2. A new letter was sent at 9am on 21 November, requesting that the documents be submitted by 11am the same day. The documents were not forthcoming.

3. At 11am today the Committee met and ordered that, in view of Mr Kramer’s failure to comply with the Committee’s Order of 19 November, the Chair report to the House that lack of compliance with the Order and the Committee’s intention to communicate the content of this Special Report to Mr Kramer.
