Following the establishment of the National Assembly for Wales, initiated a comprehensive review of the Board’s strategy which led to the publication of Iaith Pawb, the Welsh Government’s national action plan for a bilingual Wales, the most significant development in language policy which laid the foundations for more ambitious Government strategy.

Joined the current affairs department as a journalist for the series Y Byd ar Bedwar. Researched, presented, produced and edited several series of programmes on various aspects of life in Wales establishing the series’ reputation for investigative and compelling journalism.
